Reimagined flagship product. I conducted user research remote and in person, contextual inquiries, produced sketches, mockups, high fidelity prototypes and not to mention many coordinating meetings with product, development, and executive leadership.
This project was very large in scale. For more than 10 years the flagship product was needing a major UI and UX upgrade.
I learned about the product from many points of view. From customers to support to sales and everyone inbetween.
Many of the findings were issues that have grown over the course of many years.
User presonas and maps helped to focus in on their thinking.
Ambitions goals were set and many of these continue to be worked on today.
Many pages need work but these two actual screen grabs were the workhorses of the user experience when I arrived.
Many planning and strategy sessions took place to find possible solutions.
User testing was used to validate the proposed solutions.
Refinement of the experience and design continued.
